People can think of us Christians as weak pushovers.
They may see Christians talking with kindness, avoiding violent movies, or loving their enemies and think they are not tough.
While we should be pure and blameless in this corrupt world, we should also be aware of the world’s dangers and use practical wisdom to stay safe from those who want to harm us.
- Defend yourself (Luke 22:36)
- Use the legal system (Acts 22:25)
- Talk shrewdly (Acts 17:22-23)
And use it all unto the glory of God.
