Do All Things
Whether in need or plenty, you can learn to be happy with any situation through Christ’s strength.
This is the real meaning of Philippians 4:13; not that Christ will strengthen you to win or be successful at whatever you want.
But Christ will strengthen you to be content in good and bad situations.
How do you think we can learn to be happy in any situation through Christ?
I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do all this through him who gives me strength.
